When I realized I couldn’t do it all, I called Cynthia Campi. Cynthia helped me through the most stressful, difficult, and challenging time of my life. My husband of 39 years was struggling with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. I was overwhelmed with providing care for him while trying to arrange for him to go to a memory care facility. Cynthia planned and executed all aspects of the transition: identified and procured items needed for the room; planned out the space; managed the move; coordinated furniture purchase, assembly, and placement; set up the bedroom and bathroom. She worked thoughtfully, quickly, and efficiently. Most importantly, Cynthia did all of this while providing me with much-needed encouragement and emotional support.

The transition went seamlessly and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. When my husband arrived at his new home, his clothes were hanging in the closet, his dresser drawers were filled with his clothes, the bathroom was set up perfectly, his bed was made, and there were pictures on the wall.

I could not have done it without the amazing help of Cynthia. I will be forever grateful to her and have recommended her to many friends and family members.

I received “the Gift of Cynthia” when I was in a very low place. The day she arrived, her warmth, enthusiasm and energy immediately gave me a lift. And that was just from opening the door!

From that amazing beginning, we went on to bigger projects in the house, and then to a major move for my teen and myself. I was going through a divorce after a very difficult marriage.

Cynthia is absolutely tireless, her energy is like no other. Her methods are amazing. She sets up sorting “stations” and everything makes sense. Cynthia has this great way of helping you sort and declutter while simultaneously organizing the “keepers”. The “stuff” keeps going out as you sort, and the “keepers” keep getting put away.

Super organized. She has all of the tools ready to get started right away. Fast, her energy is contagious, and the progress you make feels amazing. I got swept up in the happiness of letting go of all of the “things” that were just weighing me down. I got more and more decisive as we went on. A one-stop shop. At the end of the day, Cynthia will take all of your donations/rescues. She works with various charities and volunteers at a lot of wonderful places, and will carefully use your donations/rescues to help people.

So supportive. Cynthia makes you see how much progress you are making and how awesome you will feel when you get to the other side. She is smart and her ideas are creative and effective. Going through a divorce sucks. Going through a contentious divorce is hell. Cynthia was warm and encouraging all the way as we worked together, and helped me see a bright future. Cynthia still sends me lovely texts that lift my spirits every time.

Effective. I was able to unburden myself of so much while Cynthia and I worked together. Cynthia helped me get off to a fantastic start at my new house. A YEAR LATER, my house looks as good and neat as the day I finished unpacking. The difference between how I was unhappily living such an overwhelmingly cluttered life and how I enjoy my home now is truly night and day. I absolutely could not have gotten to this place without Cynthia.

The bottom line, hire Cynthia. It will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.

When my mother passed away, a friend referred me to Cynthia. I walked into her 3 bedroom home and did not know where to begin. I returned to her home with Cynthia and we got down to business. She was very considerate of my fragile emotional state. Mom’s home was filled with collectables and it needed an update and a few minor repairs. Cynthia scheduled the real estate agent, painter, handy man, plumber, carpet cleaners, Salvation Army and a broker who dealt with the china, silver and collectables. Mom’s house was on the market four weeks later. If I did not have her help three years ago, the house would have remained untouched the same today.

Two years later, I was remodeling my own home. There were so many details! I consulted with Cynthia and she always came to my rescue. She helped in the design and decorating and now my home looks fantastic!

Cynthia and I now work together on a monthly basis, and she is my “life organizer”. From small things to big projects she is always there for me.

Life happens, and as such, there are times both planned and unplanned in which things become just too overwhelming, stressful, challenging or honestly just not in my preferred “skill set”. Thankfully there has been Cynthia Campi to provide the essential and needed help and support to get the things done that I was unable to do or complete on my own.

As a single mother, caring for an aging parent and working full-time, I often find myself with just not enough hours in the day to get important tasks and projects completed. Thankfully I know I can call on Cynthia to be of help in any way needed. Each and every time, she has achieved the desired results.

Recently, I planned a once in a lifetime event for my teenage daughter. I knew I would require help in putting the event together and that Cynthia would be the person I needed. Cynthia was key in providing me with specific resources including contacting and following-up with vendors. She helped create and plan elements of the event such as table and room décor and details that I would not have even thought about. She created an essential time-line for me and made certain that I remained organized, on schedule and on task. Cynthia anticipated my needs before I even realized what I might require. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are exceptional and provided me with all the elements I needed to create a wonderful event that was everything our family had hoped for. I could not have been successful in pulling it off without Cynthia’s help.

Cynthia was also key in helping me find a care assistant for my elderly mother. Although I personally had previous experience in the field of senior care, I was not able to find an appropriate assistance provider until I spoke to Cynthia about what our family’s needs were. Cynthia gave me several options of individuals she knew who would meet the criteria and requirements we were seeking and through Cynthia’s recommendation we found the ideal person to help my mother. I cannot thank Cynthia enough for all she has done to provide “piece of mind” to my family.

These are just two examples of the exceptional work, guidance and help that Cynthia has provided to my family and I over the years.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Cynthia to any person in need of assistance of any kind. I truly think there is no task or project that Cynthia could undertake and not achieve a successful outcome. She is so exceptionally resourceful, knowledgeable, creative and hard working. Additionally, she is of the highest integrity and honesty which is evident is everything she does. Anyone who has the opportunity of working with Cynthia will no doubt be thrilled with the results.

Phil WatsonEvery now and then we have the unique opportunity to meet and work with someone that is truly extraordinary. I had that opportunity with a recent transaction I was involved with in San Mateo. I am a real estate agent in the mid-peninsula and was asked to represent the sale of an estate Cynthia was connected to. It was a wonderful property – although it had accumulated a life-time of furniture and personal items and needed a makeover. Projects included (but were not limited to) painting, landscaping, cleaning, hauling and hardwood floor refinishing. Because it was a family estate, Cynthia eagerly volunteered to take on the responsibility of arranging, managing and coordinating the process of getting the home ready for the market. She handled the project seamlessly! She was efficient, conscientious and most importantly, the work was excellent! Best yet, the home was ready right on time! Having worked with coordinators in the past, I can easily say that Cynthia would be at the top of my list when I need assistance. She is excellent to work with both personally and professionally.

Judy KittCynthia is an absolute god-send. I have been working with her for about 15 years now, and she has literally changed my life. She handles it all, from errand running, shopping, event planning, general organizing, and even recommending and setting up maintenance work for the house. Cynthia is able to handle all of the dreaded “to-dos” on my list, so that I have time to do the things I love again. I love that I can just hand her a list of things that need to get done and she is off to the races. She is fast, efficient and knowledgable about where to go to get exactly what I need.

Sometimes, I need to work closely with her to organize the garage, or the office, or the kids’ rooms. She is an absolute delight to work with. She keeps me focused so that we accomplish ten times more together than I would accomplish alone, and in a fraction of the time. She has even given me great decorating advice! Cynthia has an extraordinary set of resources to complete home projects. including painters, carpenters, and handymen, to name a few. She knows just the right store that sells the one thing I am looking for, and just the right people who can use items we wish to donate.

She has also helped me plan large events and has so much experience with catering, preparation and managing outside vendors that she just knows what works–and what doesn’t. With an eye for detail and a great aesthetic sense, Cynthia makes every event we plan a beautiful occasion–and she makes it look easy.

What I most like about working with Cynthia is the sense that she really, really enjoys helping people to live their best lives. She does an exceptional job of helping to make the world a more beautiful place, one person at a time.

Kamilla Maciel TienI have known Cynthia for more than 10 years and we have worked together on various projects, from organizing homes to planning and catering parties. In the beginning of my career as a professional organizer, Cynthia and I worked together with a client who had lost his wife to cancer. Having made the decision to sell his house and downsize, he was faced with the task of parting with many objects that carried memories of a lifetime with his wife. Throughout this project, Cynthia continuously amazed me with her ability to balance practicality with sensitivity to the client’s emotional state. As it was important for our client to be environmentally conscious, Cynthia used her vast knowledge of resources in the bay area to find places to donate many of the belongings he was discarding. As a result, he felt good knowing that he was reducing landfill waste and giving to people who could really use and appreciate his belongings. I admire Cynthia’s creativity, sensitivity, work ethic and professionalism, and would work alongside her again in a heartbeat!

Frank Galdes AlamoWe have worked with Cynthia for years. She’s has helped us on numerous special projects. One time I wanted to take my wife away for the weekend, she had great suggestions, helped me plan all of the details and made it happen. It was a great trip. On another occasion we needed to build baskets for a school auction. I had no idea where to start. Cynthia helped us develop various ideas, created a plan, then she executed the plan – buying everything and assembling the baskets. They were a hit. Cynthia just gets the job done – on time, on budget and with a smile.

Cynthia is beyond resourceful, no matter what challenge she is faced with, she exceeds all my expectations. Whether it’s pulling off a holiday staff party at my home or recommending a vendor to reupholster furniture, she seems to have a resource at her fingertips for every need. Best of all, both she and her network of people are experienced, reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with. I don’t think you could find better.

I’ve worked as a Household/Estate Manager for a family with multiple houses in Atherton and Menlo Park for the last ten years.

Cynthia has helped me on multiple occasions with large projects that needed extra expertise in household organization and move-in organization. Over the years, Cynthia has been a constant resource to me in all aspects of estate management, organizational skills, time management, event planning, and catering advice. Cynthia is the only person I would trust more than myself to make any household immaculate or event perfect. There are many things I really admire about Cynthia including her drive, positive attitude, constant energy, enthusiasm about projects, attention to detail, and her ability to always make the perfect quick decision. She is honest, genuine, confident, competent, hard-working and a delight to work with. Since knowing and working with Cynthia, my life has been forever changed (for the better). I’ve known Cynthia and worked with her for over twelve years and would feel confident recommending her to anyone. She has my trust, my respect, and my gratitude for passing along so much knowledge. Cynthia’s work produces a deep sense of relief, appreciation, and a new zen approach to your organized life.

Cynthia helped me get past the ‘overwhelmed with documents and fears, and stuck in my tracks’ phase of my divorce, and proceed smoothly to the ‘signed agreement’ phase. Before Cynthia came along, I really struggled with knowing where to start, and how to get the process back on track. I finally decided to let Cynthia help me because the value she added, and the progress I was able to make, far outweighed the cost of her focused, caring, goal-oriented services. We worked one page and one folder at a time, and she even gave me manageable, friendly ‘homework’ assignments between our appointments. Cynthia has provided value to my life because now I’m just waiting for the rubber stamp from the judge! What I most admire about Cynthia is her dedication to the cause of assisting others in having a more functional, better organized– and therefore more fulfilling–life and home. I would refer Cynthia to other people because they would find improvements in their lives in ways unexpected.

From the day our family of five arrived in California from the Netherlands 13 years ago, Cynthia has been my trusted “go to contact” for lifes’ life’s daily challenges. There is nothing more you can ask for in a person who is truly trustworthy, loyal, helpful, kind, on time and easy to talk to. These are the qualities we all expect. You will not be disappointed. I can always count on a “tickle trunk” full of reliable contacts and resources to help with major to minor household repairs. For example, hanging pictures is not my forte. Cynthia hooked me up with a handyman who had them all hung and looking fabulous in a couple of hours. Pictures that were in a box for years now look amazing in my home!

Three years ago we embarked on a remodel. Cynthia helped me design my kitchen! That’s right design! Her years of experience being a Household Manager helped guide me into all the smart decisions I needed to make in the design. It turned out elegant, timeless and so practical! I always feel empowered at the end of our visits. Whether she has helped me plan ahead for meals, create a menu and decorate for an outdoor dinner party, pick out paint colors or organize a closet, the problems we think are difficult to handle really are not with Cynthia in our life. I would highly recommend my girl! She really is who you want if you want the job done right.

I first met Cynthia about eight years ago. I hired her to help me prepare to move. I had an attic filled with every art project, picture and science fair item that my son has ever created. I had a very hard time getting rid of things that I didn’t need, and I hate clutter! Cynthia was able to go through all my belongings and help get rid of about 30 bags of garbage and keep things that were valuable and useful and toss the things that I just couldn’t bring myself to get rid of. The organizing she did for me was nuanced in a way that I couldn’t do for myself. She has a way of recognizing what’s tacky and turning it around to look polished and classy. For example: mismatched kitchen mugs, old sheets and towels, gone…I was able to move with only the essentials and it felt amazing to lighten up my load, both physically and mentally. She even was there for me on the big moving day. It was not easy, but Cynthia stayed calm. Cynthia has helped with many house projects and she has a knack for knowing just what to order or buy to help with organization.

I needed a solution to keep my alcohol out of my son and his teenage friends’ reach. She measured and ordered shelving and suggested a lock on the closet door. These things may seem simple but I wouldn’t have thought of them myself.

She is also great with furniture placement and room presentation. She rearranged my furniture in a way that makes the house look less cluttered and she pulls rooms together quickly. She helps me get rid of clutter in every form, but she is also smart and resourceful with just about any project you need. She is responsible, prompt, trustworthy, and often goes the extra mile to make things easier for me. I need to get my Cynthia fix of at least 6-8 hours every month or so, to keep my home running smoothly. I started out at my new home with no clutter and with her help, it has stayed very tidy and organized, especially since I have limited storage space. I wish I had taken before and after pictures from the eight years of projects that Cynthia has done for me, but the one thing that stands out…she gets things off the floor. Please see the before and after photos of my wine room.
